Process

How It
Works

Clip Before Suiting Up
Attach the belt clip to your trousers before donning the cleanroom suit. It sits hidden beneath the garment.
02
Holder Stays at the Machine
The red key holder remains inside the controlled area, ready at the Fortress Safety interlock.
03
Unlock and Remove Key
Unlock the interlock and remove the trapped key from the lock before entering the guarded area.
04
Snap Key to Body
Insert the key into the red holder. The built-in neodymium magnet snaps it securely through the suit onto the belt clip.
05
Work Hands-Free
The key is safely retained on your body at all times — fully compliant, completely hands-free.
06
Return and Re-Insert
Return to the lock, release the key from the holder and re-insert to restore machine access.
